Responsibilities and Requirements:

- Strong AutoCAD skills, and moderate 3D skills, Adobe Photoshop and other Microsoft
  office applications.

- Trained in interior design, architectural studies or equivalent with keen eye and strong
   interests in dovetail detailing with 3-4 years of interior design or architectural
  experience,   preferably in high-end retail fit-out
 
- Highly motivated, keen to learn and able to work under pressure and meet tight
  deadlines.

- Good communication, negotiation and organizational skills coupled with the ability to
  work   effectively in a team environment.

ACCOUNTS ASSISTANT (Central / 5 days)

Responsibilities:

- Handle and manage Accounts Receivable

- Providing administrative support

Requirements:

- Minimum 'N' Level with accounting background / LCCI

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Skills, especially Excel

- Speak and write well in English and Mandarin

- Team player with good communication and interpersonal skills

- Candidates currently pursuing accounting professional courses are welcome

- Possess a diploma / degree in relevant discipline in Construction, Building, Architecture
  or Quality Surveying.

- Experience in similar industry & AutoCad skills are preferred though not compulsory.

- Ability to execute the full life-cycle of Project Management within tight datelines

- Sound knowledge of construction methodology.

- Dynamic, versatile and able to work independently

- Possesses good written and oral communication skills, and proficient in all MS software
