STAG’s depth of resources allows us to assign the best team, with the right skills, to ensure a well managed project delivery. We recognise the importance of liaising and facilitating the other project consultants for the successful completion of a project and our team will be fully dedicated to the project from the start to the finish.

The experienced STAG team will ensure all works are properly coordinated and completed on time.

Each team will be led by a Project Director with support by dedicated Project Managers, Production and Technical Staff. The Project Director will provide core skill support and an employer interface.

Our Safety Officer will oversee the entire production, delivery and installation to ensure all employees and sub-contractors work within STAG’s Safety Policy

Production Philisophy

Efficient production in shopfitting ensures quality, timely delivery, and seamless installations.

Since 1973, the key to STAG’s success has been the quality of it’s production. With an Australian Manufacturing Facility of 50,000 square feet, and a skilled work force, we are able to manufacture both simple and complex installations.

All projects are assembled within our factory to ensure that everything fits together perfectly. All external trades (acrylics/glazing/plumbing/electrical) are fitted out prior to disassembling and packing the components for delivery to local, national and international locations.

Technical Design Prowess

Precision in technical design for seamless installations, maximizing functionality and aesthetic appeal.

The STAG Design Team consists of experienced Architects and Technical Designers who will work with our client’s design team from the inception stage to offer solutions from technical design, working drawings and documentation.

With state of the art Computer-Aided Design and Computer-Aided Manufacturing software and machinery our construction and fabrication can be completed accurately, efficiently and with zero defects on completion.

Project Management Skill

Holistic project management in terms of coordination, budget adherence for exceptional outcomes.

STAG’s Project Management Team is responsible for all aspects of the project including Scheduling, Account Management, Delivery and Installation.

We recognise the client’s need for confidence in our team’s ability to provide a complete project on time and on budget.

Our Project Managers are skilled and efficient in the planning, organisation and managing of resources required for the successful completion of Project Goals and Objectives.
